I created The Mom Life Fit Online Programs, formerly known as New creation Fitness, with the purpose of helping create your best self from the inside out through fitness, nutrition, and soul awareness. To establish daily healthy habits that create long lasting change. This online home workouts will help you appreciate all that you already are and create opportunities to become even more.

I know at times it feels like you are the only one who struggles with your weight, self-motivation, discipline, or even eating healthy. I know because that was me at a point in my life where I didn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. I didn’t think it was possible to get back in shape after having my son, or actually feel good from the inside out. And if I can be completely honest with you, I felt guilty to make time for myself with the many demands and responsibilities I had. The truth is that if you are feeling the same way I did, you are NOT alone! As moms we focus so much on our families and forget about ourselves. Well, I am here to help carve out some YOU time. YOU are important mama! Your health is important!

My Online workouts are designed with YOU in mind. I get how busy you are, I understand the stress that’s placed on your shoulders every day. This is why I am passionate to help women like you and me in all seasons of life reach and achieve daily healthy living goals. There are no miracle fixes, but what I do offer is short, realistic workouts designed to fit your busy life from the comfort of your own home. it’s not just about weight loss, it is about gaining your inner confidence. It’s about having more energy and appreciate the body God gave you, to see yourself as beautiful as He sees you, because you are! 

The Mom Life Fit Online Programs formerly known as New Creation Fitness, provides access to weekly training schedule that you can achieve in 30 mins a day, meal plans with delicious recipes, and helpful daily tips, including nutrition education content, and program information that will help you achieve your fitness goals. I know it takes work, it takes dedication, but I know we all have it in us! We just need a little extra accountability, someone to guide us through and believes in us!

Here we believe exercise is meant to be a meaningful act of worship, not a dreaded chore. Throughout my online at home programs, I remind you to view your body as God’s gift to you with faith-based reminders, and a little extra motivation to never give up! 🙂
